A preorder lets you reserve a vinyl record, CD, or cassette before it is officially released. We dispatch your copy as soon as the item becomes available. You are not charged until your order ships.
Payment is taken only when your order is ready to dispatch, not at the time of placing the preorder. You will receive an email notification before any charge is made.
Prices shown are reference prices based on available information at the time. In some cases, the final price at dispatch may differ due to supplier pricing changes. We will notify you of any change before charging, and you may cancel at no cost if you do not agree.
Yes. You can cancel any preorder at any time before dispatch. Email hello@musiksto.org with your order reference. Since you have not been charged yet, no refund is required.
Release dates sometimes change. If a preordered item is delayed, we will update the estimated dispatch date and notify you. You can cancel at any time during the wait.
We ship to all EU member states and to EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein). We also ship to the United Kingdom, Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Albania, and North Macedonia. We are not currently shipping to other destinations.
No. Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import fees because we operate within the EU single market. EEA orders (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) are also free of customs duties, but local import VAT at the destination country's rate may apply on arrival. Orders to the UK, Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Albania, and North Macedonia may be subject to local customs charges.
Estimated delivery within the EU is 2 to 7 working days from dispatch. EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) typically take 3 to 8 working days. Delivery to the UK takes 5 to 10 working days. For Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Albania, and North Macedonia, allow 7 to 14 working days. These are estimates and may vary. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You will see the exact amount before confirming payment.
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a purchase under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Sealed audio recordings that have been unsealed are not eligible for return unless faulty. For faulty or damaged items, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
You can browse all releases without an account. Creating an account lets you save your basket across devices and keep track of your preorders.
Email hello@musiksto.org with your registered email address and a request for account deletion. We will process it within 30 days in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your orders and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. Our full Privacy Policy has all the details.
