We ship physical records, CDs, and cassettes across the EU and EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and to a number of other countries. All orders are dispatched on or after the official release date. Delivery timelines run from the dispatch date, not from the date the preorder was placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected carrier. You will see the exact amount before confirming payment. We do not charge shipping until your order is dispatched.
All prices shown include VAT applicable in our country of establishment. If you order from another EU country, VAT may be adjusted at checkout in accordance with EU VAT rules for cross-border sales. Orders to EEA countries outside the EU (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) are outside the EU VAT area; local import VAT at the applicable domestic rate may be levied on arrival.
The United Kingdom, Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Albania, and North Macedonia are outside the EU and EEA. Orders to these countries may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
When you place a preorder, you are reserving an item ahead of its release. Your payment will not be taken until the order is dispatched. Prices shown at preorder time are reference prices; the final price is confirmed at dispatch and may change due to supplier pricing updates. If the price changes, we will notify you before charging and you may cancel at no cost.
You may cancel a preorder at any time before dispatch. See the cancellation section below.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period by emailing hello@musiksto.org with your order reference and a written statement of withdrawal.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We will refund the full order value, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (vinyl records, CDs, cassettes) that have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 16(i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
You have a minimum two-year legal guarantee on all goods under EU law (Directive 2019/771). If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 30 days at hello@musiksto.org with your order reference and photos of the issue. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
You may cancel a preorder at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@musiksto.org with your order reference. Since payment is not taken until dispatch, no refund is required for cancellations made before that point.
