These Terms of Service govern your use of the Musik Sto website and services. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service and place orders. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.
You may browse the service without registering. To place orders or save your basket, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at hello@musiksto.org.
You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Adding an item to your basket and completing checkout constitutes a preorder offer. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
Prices shown are reference prices based on available information at the time of listing and may change before dispatch. The final price is confirmed when your order is dispatched. If the price changes materially, we will notify you before charging and give you the option to cancel at no cost.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Payment is collected at the time of dispatch, not at the time of placing the preorder. By placing a preorder, you authorise us to charge your payment method when the order is ready to ship. If payment fails, we will notify you and allow you to update your details before cancelling.
All items are subject to availability. If a preordered item becomes permanently unavailable, we will notify you and cancel the preorder without charge.
Before dispatch: you may cancel any preorder at any time before it is dispatched, at no cost. Contact us at hello@musiksto.org with your order reference.
After receipt: under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that 14-day window. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days at your own expense. We will refund the full order value, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (vinyl records, CDs, cassettes) that have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 16(i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
All goods come with a minimum two-year legal guarantee under EU law (Directive 2019/771). If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@musiksto.org. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
All content on the Musik Sto website, including text, images, design, and software, belongs to Musik Sto or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Album artwork, artist names, and release information belong to their respective rights holders and are used for informational and promotional purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer protection law.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
The service contains links to third-party retailers for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
We may update these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country] and applicable EU law. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Country], unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.
